You'll need to give information about your personal financial situation before we show you a business. Part of our job is to screen potential buyers so that we don't waste the sellers' time on buyers who do not have the finances to buy their business. You need cash to buy a business. Typical seller financing requires 40% to 50% as a down payment. SBA financing requires a 15% to 20% down payment.
